Check Compleet (Pro)
Via packcheck wordt elk pakket anoniem verzonden, ongeacht de gekozen service. Het adres en de persoonsgegevens van zowel de verzender als ontvanger houden wij altijd verborgen voor elkaar.
Met deze gekozen service controleren wij of de inhoud van het pakket overeenkomt met wat de verzender heeft opgegeven bij de aanmelding. Wanneer wij hier afwijkingen in constateren keuren wij het pakket af en gaat het pakket retour naar de verzender. In dat geval ontvangt de ontvanger direct het aankoopbedrag terug.
Met deze gekozen service controleren wij of de schade overeenkomt met de schade die is opgegeven door de verzender. Deze is opgegeven bij de aanmelding van het pakket en vervolgens goedgekeurd door de ontvanger. In het geval wij verborgen schade constateren, keuren wij het pakket af en gaat het pakket retour naar de verzender. In dat geval ontvangt de ontvanger direct het aankoopbedrag terug. Het kan voorkomen dat wij een constatering ter beoordeling voorleggen aan de ontvanger.
Met deze gekozen service controleren wij standaard op de aan- en uitschakelfunctionaliteit van een elektronisch product. Op geselecteerde producten controleren wij uitgebreider (Pro). Kijk hieronder om te controleren of jouw product in aanmerking komt voor de Pro-controle en voor meer informatie. Vermeld duidelijk in de omschrijving het merk en type van je product. Zo weten wij of de Pro-controle van toepassing is. Wij gaan ervan uit dat alles werkt naar behoren, tenzij duidelijk anders is vermeld in de aanmelding. Indien er een afwijking wordt geconstateerd keuren wij het pakket af en gaat het pakket retour naar de verzender. In dat geval ontvangt de ontvanger direct het aankoopbedrag terug. Zorg ervoor dat een oplaadbaar product is opgeladen om afkeuring te voorkomen.
Let op: Lees voor verzending onze verzendinstructies zorgvuldig door. Dit is extra belangrijk bij het verzenden van een elektronisch product, omdat alle accounts moeten worden ontkoppeld en het product moet worden teruggezet naar de fabrieksinstellingen.
Check Compleet Pro
Op geselecteerde elektronische producten voeren wij een extra grondige controle uit, aanvullend op onze standaard Check Compleet. Deze controle is gericht op het beoordelen van vrijwel alle technisch en functioneel testbare onderdelen van het product. Afhankelijk van het type en model kunnen tot circa 85 aspecten worden onderzocht. De controle is gericht op het vaststellen van de algehele werking, kwaliteit en geschiktheid voor verkoop. Hiervoor gebruiken we gespecialiseerde software. Packcheck bepaalt welke aspecten van het product worden gecontroleerd. De exacte inhoud van de controle kan per apparaat verschillen. De extra Pro-controle voeren wij kosteloos uit bovenop de gekozen Check Compleet.
Op dit moment voeren we de controle uit op geselecteerde telefoons en tablets. In de nabije toekomst zullen andere typen apparaten ook in aanmerking komen. Op deze pagina vind je altijd de actuele lijst van de in aanmerking komende producten. Houd deze pagina daarom goed in de gaten.
